DRILL BITS
Kay-Zee Inc. manufactures drill bits for various applications; mold manufacturing, repair and cleaning. There is a different design flute for each purpose.

PUNCHES
Kay-Zee Knockout punches are used to remove damaged microvents from tire molds when replacement is necessary due to a broken drill bit.
The Kay-Zee Vent Drill Pneumatic Rotary Handpiece is used to drive the small drill bits used in vent clean-out work on tire molds.

The Micro Chuck is used in the Cratex 801 to hold the .50mm, .60mm, .70mm, .80mm, #74, #69, #68 and 1/32" drills for vent clean-out work in the tire molds.
BUFFING DISCS
Felt buffing discs are made from wool, a natural material that is tough and flexible.
The tools for stem removal and housing installation are for the Glebus style spring vent. The cleaning tip can be used for all makes of spring vents.
